China 160-ton Heavy Mobile Rough Terrain Crane is a special-purpose construction crane. Can work on rough terrain without obstacles. Its applications include construction sites, industrial environments, and other environments where lifting operations are required.
The crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 160 tons and features a telescoping boom that can extend up to 56 meters in length. It is also equipped with outriggers that provide stability on uneven surfaces. As well as a powerful engine and hydraulic system for efficient operation.
One of the notable features of this crane is its mobility. It is mounted on a wheeled chassis, which allows it to move around the job site easily. The crane can also be transported to different sites using a flatbed truck or other types of heavy haulers.
The China 160-ton Heavy Mobile Rough Terrain Crane is designed with safety in mind. It is equipped with various safety features. Including overload protection systems, anti-two block devices, and emergency stop buttons. The operator’s cab is also designed to provide excellent visibility of the job site. Allowing the operator to make precise movements and minimize the risk of accidents.
RT160 rough terrain crane is a kind of telescopic boom and swing type crane which travels with tire-type chassis. It is composed of the superstructure and carrier. The superstructure is the lifting part, composed of the telescopic boom, jib, main winch, and aux. winch, luffing mechanism, counterweight, swivel table, etc. The components of the carrier include a suspension part and a walking part. The slewing bearing connects the upper structure with the carrier.
1. Front-wheel steering, rear-wheel steering, four-wheel steering and crab steering, all-wheel drive, off-road performance, suitable for off-highway travel.
2. The axle adopts the German KESSLER brand, with an axle differential lock.
3. The gearbox adopts the American Alison brand.
4. The brake system adopts the American Mico brand.
5. It can work with fully extended outriggers, semi-extended outriggers, and without outriggers, and drive with the load.
6. Suitable for narrow space travel and operations; small turning radius; strong maneuverability.
7. A safe and reliable control system, two seats or one seat can be optional, and all-directional lifting operation greatly enhanced the ability of the front lifting.
8. The crane has good traffic-ability, dynamic performance, and mobility, and is able to operate in every direction and travel while hoisting without outriggers. It can help you very well when you are doing heavy lifting operations or short-distance transfers. And narrow-site lifting operations for construction sites, outdoor oilfields, warehouses, freight yards, logistics bases, and other sites.
Safety device includes a torque limiter, swing table lock device, winch over-winding, and over-relaxation protect the device, outrigger lock device, outrigger bidirectional hydraulic lock, rear axle steering lock, and rear wheel return detector, emergency steering power device, gradient, hydraulic system overflow valve, balance valve.
Detecting function: Detect the angle of the boom automatically.
Display function: Show operating information such as actual load, handling radius, and boom angle.
Caution function: When the actual load exceeds the rated lifting load, the Torque limiter will give an alarm and stop the operation.
During the running process, the plug device links the table and the bracket. In this way, the steering parts will not swing freely due to inertia.
When the load reaches a certain height, the torque limiter will stop the falling, and the indicator light on the instrument the panel will be on.
The torque limiter will stop the descent when there are 3 turns of rope left on the winch. Then the indicator light on the instrument panel will come on.
During driving, use the plug device. By plugging the outrigger, the device keeps it from extending.
It has two-way hydraulic locks for outriggers. In this way, even if the outriggers are extended, the horizontal and vertical oil cylinders will not retract automatically.
Just turn to the front axle and return to the rear axle during driving. For this purpose, use a locking device, and an indicator light on the dashboard shows the status.
If you can’t start your engine, you can use another vehicle to tow the crane. The emergency pump powers the power cylinder; the battery powers the emergency pump.
